We worked with BW Interiors during their renovation of Bedford Park office space, providing a modern upgrade to the buildings delapidated facade.
CWD work included full refurbishment, restoration and repair of the windows, doors and curtain wall to ensure the old, barely cared for exterior has been returned to its original just installed look and weather tight condition.
WORK COMPLETED
- Stripping back aluminium framing to skeleton.
- A system designed rebuild using refurbished existing and new accessories along with modern sealing techniques.
- Replacement of StopSol vision panels where required.
- All opening windows and doors were serviced and adjusted to their optimum working efficiency.
- Full professional restorative clean to all anodised finished framing, flashings and badly stained StopSol vision panels using specialist restoration fluids and powders.
- DOFF high pressure steam clean to all brickwork areas and carpark grounds.
- Hose water testing using CWCT recommended testing equipment and methods.
