A comprehensive restoration to one of Canary Wharfs most iconic buildings.

25 Cabot Square was one of the first buildings completed as part of the original Canary Wharf masterplan by SOM. Designed by Bruce Graham in 1989, it remains one of the most popular and characteristic buildings of the period.

CWD helped with major renovation for the facades and finishes of the building including the PPC aluminium framing, glass, flashings, stonework and marble cladding as well as the wooden framing and metal canopies.

  • Working from 12mt temporary cradles and the buildings BMUs
  • Full restoration of building’s facades and finishes
  • PPC aluminium framing restoration and repair
  • Glass restoration and repair
  • Flashings restoration and repair
  • Stonework and marble cladding were restored to a high, professional standard
  • Redecoration of ground and 1st level wooden framing and metal canopy.
  • Stonework repairs.
  • Gasket repairs & cut out and reapply fresh silicone seals where necessary.
