The project included the external refurbishment of the South, East & West elevation facades: -

The works consisted of but were not limited to: -

The design and erecting of alarmed Haki staircase & landing scaffold with hoarding for 5No. temporary cradles ranging from 6mts to 12mts in length.

The sealing of gaskets to delaminating glass edges to all East, South & West elevations.

Repair/replacement of damaged cladding panels, loose pressure plates & caps, loose/shifted louvre blades, displaced/missing gaskets, failed silicone seals.

Securely refixing and sealing all coping panels.

Repair of loose & jammed smoke vent look-a-like cladding panels.

Storm damage repair of large steel gates on the roof BMU stations. 

Restoration of chalked Polyester Powder coat and anodised finished aluminium framing and panelling along with all glass panels contaminated by railway brake dust & general traffic grim using our specialist restoration fluids.
