System: Schueco Iskotherm 74B top hung open in smoke vents and fixed lights.

Working from scaffold access, the project consisted of: Complete refurbishment and paint respray of the existing windows to the rear and both sides of the building: -       

• The mode of opening to the 466 windows being retained was changed from top hung open into side hung open in using new, Schueco system designed hardware.                                                                                               
• The pre-paint preparation included all the usual sanding, masking etc. along with thoroughly removing before and reapplying the silicone seals after the top grade, 10 year warranted respray.                                                                       
• We also supplied and fitted new bespoke PPC aluminium louvre/blind boxes to each of the windows along with new double-glazed vision panels to architect choice.
