Total and thorough refurbishment to the curtain wall, opening window, and rainscreen panels along with replacement of gaskets and most glazing. 

The project in numbers: -

• 3,623 rainscreen panels were position referenced and removed from site for preparation and paint respray then returned to site to be refitted to their original positions.
• 16,236 mts of framing prepared and paint resprayed.
• 840 M2 of glass chemically restored.
• 7,246 panel fixing brackets checked, secured/replaced.
• 1,165 bead glazed glass units replaced.
• 68 structurally glazed glass units replaced.
• 11,000 mts of glazing gasket/weather seals were replaced with new.
• 4,660 transom to mullion joints thoroughly cleaned and resealed.
• 1,344 mts of frame to structure sealant was cut away, thoroughly cleaned and replaced with new.
• 405M2 of bomb film removed.
• 121 No. smoke vents overhauled.
